Simon Saunders : Photographer
b. Coventry, April 1981 d. not yet
After discovering photography at the age of 16, I went on to complete a GCSE, BTEC and most recently a Degree in this area.
On completion of my degree I've exhibited at Coventry's main art gallery, the Herbert. This exhibition featured work commissioned by Coventry City Council, who have just recently re-commissioned me to document the next phase of their redevelopment at the Herbert.
Following this project I have been working on a freelance basis, accepting commissions from a wide variety of clients. As you will no doubt see from my portfolio I have had the opportunity to photograph a wide subject area, this has afforded me the option not be restricted to any certain area of photography.
The galleries featured on this website cover different areas of interest, from the sky scrapers of America (Gallery one) to the redevelopment of Coventry's car trade (Gallery Seven).
